  • inQuba’s local and global expansion powered by Growth Capital Solutions

inQuba’slocalandglobalexpansionpoweredbyGrowthCapitalSolutions

The challenge

inQuba has developed world-leading technology in customer journey management, designed to enable deep insights by measuring customer sentiment and customers’ emotional responses. These are then used to fine-tune customer journeys and increase conversion into sales.

InQuba’s AI-driven software helps enterprises discover and visualise their clients’ digital purchasing journeys – making the platform invaluable for customer acquisition, conversion and retention for enterprise clients. After 10 years the company had reached an inflexion point, requiring growth capital to expand its operations both locally and globally. With a footprint in

South Africa and Australia, and key clients within the US, inQuba’s aim is to increase growth through further product development.

The RMB solution

RMB, as a leading investment bank, took a holistic view of the founder-led business that was looking to build out a broader business strategy. RMB was able to tap

into its investor network and provide a growth capital solution to support inQuba’s international expansion plans. RMB and its partner and co-investor, venture capital firm Knife Capital, enabled the closure of a Series-X expansion capital round for inQuba.

RMB is keen to invest in founder-led businesses with a mature and experienced entrepreneurial team. inQuba’s strong track record in innovation and tech- enablement made it a good fit. As a credible business entering an international growth wave, the growth capital solution could make a significant difference in scaling the business.

Additional benefits for the client

The investment will accelerate inQuba’s international expansion through further product enhancements and will boost their SaaS Journey-cloud leadership position. The additional funding for product development will ensure a more consistent development rate. The growth capital solution can create the scale that inQuba needs to take its place as a global leader in customer journey management.
